In the Cloud

In other words : any entrepreneur and all his employees can log in/work on the system from any location in the world.
Parties that choose to manage the portfolio "in the cloud" not only have the advantage of not having to install or maintain any hardware themselves: they can then do unlimited business with all other connected.

Privacy regulations
Of course, every effort has been made to be able to set up protocols, on the basis of which employees can be given limited access to the matters they also manage.
In this way, on an individual basis, it can be set:
*which applications they are allowed to view
*which applications they are allowed to modify
*which applications they are allowed to run as batch processing

LOGBOOK
Software from RealXS features a logbook that records for each user:
* when someone logged in
* when someone logged out
* what programme items someone opened
* what items someone subsequently viewed or changed

By recording this information, it is quicker for Team RealXS to determine which users were working when an outage had disconnected.

Accounting for the unimaginable
And of course whether and, if so, what actions were carried out by unauthorised persons, if they had been active on the system unexpectedly.
