Team RealXS has equipped its software with a claims management system that very efficiently fixes policy data for the purpose of the claims file. The claim date determines the selection of the correct version from the policy record archive.

The system in fact also provides for management of all contacts that are (or may be) important in one way or another for assessing and settling a claim. Contacts that recur repeatedly can be applied simultaneously. Think of Damage experts, Counter experts, Medical advisers, legal advisers, Salvage companies.
Current account
All parties, if desired, have their own current account on which all financial transactions are processed and displayed. Credited expenses or benefits charged to insurers. Settlement can then be made through the bank. Fees due can be debited and collected.
And of course, every claim record is linked to a digital file in which specific or general communications are automatically stored.
Real Text
The claims system is also linked to Real Text that allows standardised or variable correspondence to be composed. Using carefully chosen words is good for your company's corporate image and can avoid unnecessary litigation.
