Tailor made Proposal form from Backoffice.
From presentation of the product, to the request. Without application, no quotation. This can be done with the involvement of consultants. These may then post the link to the enquiry form on their website. And this is how clients gain access to the Back Office Portal. If desired, insurers can provide a client with the link to the questionnaire.

.Offering an insurance product is done through a website on whichthe provider (insurer) offering the products. The website is connected to the in-house Back Office in the Computing Centre.
Insurers working with advisers provide the questionnaire link to their appointed
advisers. Clients of the advisers, find the link on their adviser's website.
The application can be completed in consultation with the adviser.
Robot underwriting:
1) Based on the answers, underwriting may or may not be carried out through Robot Underwriting without consulting an underwriter.
2) Applications that do not fall within the acceptance model are submitted to the acceptors.
3) Applications that are rejected are submitted separately to the acceptors so that they can determine whether rejection was justified. Underwriters may also suggest tightening up the robotic underwriting.
Create an offer
As soon as underwriting has taken place, an offer can be prepared.
If the client decides to take out the contract, the policy will be equivalent to the quotation.
