Only when everything works to satisfaction does it make sense to work on innovations. Team RealXS has been able to spend time on numerous innovations.
Via the Purple tiles you will be introduced to some of these innovations.
But of course there are numerous other things that Team RealXS has incorporated into the software as options.
Such as :
Option to collection in instalments of 1,2,3,4,6 or 12 months
Option to specify: Detailed recording of insured interests (persons, objects, turnovers, etc) that together make up the scope of a component of an insured value.
Option to record partnerships to which the client belongs. Such as "member of the Ver. of ornamental blacksmiths".
Option of linking every conceivable part of the premium to a specific number in the ledger.
Option to choose line items by "drawing year" or by "financial year".
Option to use texts of policies as search arguments when tracing contracts to be reviewed.
Option to get a report compiled at desired times based on parameters that you
have
chosen yourself.
Such as : on every Monday at 11.20, I want to see a report with the results of the following enquiry:
1) Starting point = debtors (order by postal code)
2) look up which debtors are overdue with invoices older than 22 days.
3) show a list (postcode order) with the debtor's postcode, number, name, current account balance and the balance of outstanding invoices older than 44 days, as well as the balance of outstanding invoices older than 22 days.Option to process cancellations quickly and efficiëntly in co-insurance policies. Option for the intermediary to be able to inform clients in a timely manner once it has become apparent that some of the insurers have cancelled their share of the contract and honour sought replacement cover or continuation under amended terms.
