WHY Software from RealXS ?

If we have piqued your interest in learning more about our software, we invite you to follow the step-by-step plan below:

Step 1 : Through the tiles, we will tell you roughly what RealXS could do for your business.We will tell you more about the innovative approach RealXS has taken to the subject when designing our software.

Stage 2 : Demo by appointment: We will then show you in a nutshell and thus globally how our software works. You will then see many aspects pass by that have essential added value for your company.

Step 3 : The proof. In consultation with your product manager(s), you select an insurance product.
This may be an insurance product that was developed 40 years ago and has been maintained on an outdated computer system since then.
But that may also be an innovative insurance product that you are planning to launch soon.
Or an insurance package that is so complex that your current computer system is but unable to quote, administer, change or prolong it adequately.
But of course, you can also put together an insurance product just to test our software.
In that case, it is best to use the Sample that we provide for that purpose.

Step 4 : Good preparation. You send us a copy of the equipment to be tested, so that we can determine whether all the information you have collected is sufficient for successful registration.

Step 5 : Registration. We suggest that you come and install your product yourself. That usually takes you a day.

Step 6 : Test report. After registering the product, a test report is printed. You can review and refine that test report.

Step 7 : Testing.The product is then suitable for processing applications, robot acceptance, generating quotations, preparing policies, prolonging or starting claims handling.

Step 8 :Licence. You decide whether you want to enter into a licence agreement for this product. If so, you can immediately market the product via a website/front office.

Stage 9 : Full integration. If cooperation with RealXS/ OpenC Computing Centre is satisfactory, proceed to install all the products offered by your company.

Step 10: Conversion.Always after a product is registered, the old database can be transferred to the Rekencentrum.

The Conversion from the old database to the Computer Centre can be provided by RealXS on a time-declaration basis.
