You are required to provide the IPID prior to entering into the agreement.
The Quality Scan helps you test the product and the advice that goes with it.

The IPID allows consumers to transparently see what form of insurance they are about to take out.
In fact, it is then too late to make an adequate choice.
Although the EU Commission has made the IPID mandatory, so far no insurer has managed to put together an adequate IPID. So a so-called "Insurance Card" suffices.
