REAL FINANCE
This is the name we use for the financial management of all booked invoices, payments and receipts processed within REAL-ACCESS.
Real Finance thus contains for each participant:

  • A general ledger, set up according to our client's own design

  • A sub-administration for insurers

  • A sub-administration for account managers

  • A sub-administration for customer relations

  • A sub-administration for third parties with whom benefits, fees or expenses are settled.


    Use of Real Finance is not mandatory, but financial accounting within Real Finance is automatic. Should there ever be an accounting failure, it is very quick for Team RealXS to see whether this error is structural or only found in the external administration.
    Exporting the financial data to a financial administration applied externally remains an option that YOU can prefer if you wish.
