Market research
Before it makes sense to work out an insurance product, it must be established whether there is a reasonable chance that the product will be purchased/underwritten by many.
If all fish breeders are interested in an insurance form, it is a very different story from if only Koi carp breeders are interested in it.
See how it goes with avian flu: as soon as it occurs in one location, all the ducks are culled and perhaps the turkeys next door.
Spreading of risk
And obviously, the spreading of risk must be clarified.
If there is insufficient spreading of risk, the insurer is far too vulnerable.
In fact, insurance is always about "bearing each other's burdens", so then it is very important to have sufficient income, which can cover the burdens.

An insurance product can be modified in many ways for the benefit of customers.

The signature of the product is essential for marketing.Whether or not to use an intermediary
Products you wish to offer through the intermediary should have a clear presentation and, if possible, a Quality Scan.
When using the advisory intermediary, account should be taken of a good relationship between efforts to be made and the remuneration,
and this remuneration should be proportional to the savings you can make on costs you would otherwise have to incur internally.In other words : before IT has managed to analyse and programme all this for you, you will be years down the line and it will be questionable whether they have processed everything as you envisaged.
