RealXS - IT is the first specialised software producer to launch an application that benefits the entire insurance industry: REAL-ACCESS.
Real-Access is a cloud solution that merges and unifies the workflows of advisers, providers. The starting point is
clarity through transparency.
Implementing insurance technology usually requires long-term commitment from programmers, who have to write the software to do so.

Implement
Of course, implementing an insurance product requires proper preparation. This is why we have developed a questionnaire. It is advisable that the creators of the product complete that form first.
Only then is there certainty that all issues have been fully mapped out and implementation can begin.
The provider will then receive a quotation for assistance in implementing the first product.
NO CURE ---- NO PAY
RealXS-IT is sure of its case: if the product does not pass the test, no costs are due.
On average, the costs of implementing and testing a first insurance product amount to around € 20,000.
Under the guidance of one of our employees, the product is installed and assessed together with the designers.
The product is then tested and trial runs can begin.

45 years of experience
Team RealXS has a long experience in producing software for the insurance industry.
The first steps in automation were taken in 1978.
Poorly performing IT systems
For years, the insurance industry has been plagued by problems caused by underperforming IT systems.
It started with the BBB(1980 Stock Exchange Booking Bureau), which quickly went bankrupt. Then ABS(1982) was started (the Insurance Exchange Booking System). That would be replaced in 2004 by e-ABS which would be made by Riskclick(2004) .
That too was unsuccessful and this was followed by its transfer to ADN (Assurantie Data Netwerk),
The dreamland adventures with Ascoso/Wang(1977) are also still deep in the memories of many in the market.
Automation is not infrequently comparable to a nightmare. And so are many who made more promises than they could deliver.
Not infrequently, the job was left to foreign programmers who had no affinity whatsoever with the insurance industry.
Despite all initiatives, the insurance market is still experiencing problems with Insurance software.
Therefore, RealXS-IT has taken utmost care to address issues such as:

How can that be so low?
RealXS-IT has taken the development costs of Real-Access software entirely at its own expense and risk.
The revenue generated is to secure maintenance and service.
Double costs
Every company that uses software pays licence fees for it.
So in a practical sense, insurers, brokers, authorised agents and advisers all pay for the same administrative service. So do Service Providers and Dome Providers.
KETEN-INTEGRATION
RealXS-IT resolutely does away with this, as only one party is liable for costs and that is the party that gives its label to the product.
RealXS software was once developed for the insurance company Lugt Sobbe & Co, Stockbrokers & Assurer Eurolloyd, agent of Lloyd's, among others .
The success of these companies was therefore based on this software. Working with independent advisers/intermediaries, the software required flexible policy administration and a well-oiled financial system with sub-administrations and current accounts for 3,500 advisers.
Creativity from the market
The seemingly endless amount of creativity that these 3,500 advisers submitted to Eurolloyd resulted in unique software, with which every conceivable insurance product could be customised for each insured.
After the sale of Eurolloyd to Delta Lloyd, RealXS-IT decided to make this software suitable for other insurance companies.
And so now this unique software is also available to:
1) Intermediaries (who can register free of charge)
2) Authorised agents (who can also offer their products through advisers)
3) Authorised agents (who offer their products directly)
4) Registered brokers (who offer their products directly to commercial consumers)
5) Registered brokers (who serve the intermediary with their products)

7) Insurers (who offer their products through the advising intermediary)
8) Intermediaries (who devise and cover insurance products themselves on a co-insurance basis)

So even for insurers who participate on an insurance product via co-insurance, participation is free.
